Returns & Exchange

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, store credit valid for 3 months (1 quarter) from the date of receiving the product will be provided.

  • No Returns/Exchanges for Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are entertained, but the shipping charges for the return and reshipment must be borne by the customer.

Eligibility:

You may return or exchange your garment within 10 days of receiving the courier. The condition for returns or exchanges is that the garment must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, free from any signs of wear and with the original label and packaging intact.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at shop@dharan.co.in within the specified 10-day period. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) being returned or exchanged, and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable. 

Please ensure the garment is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to availability and are limited to one per order. If you remain dissatisfied with the exchanged item, a store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned garment, we will process the store credit for the same amount or exchange accordingly. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will notify you if the requested item is out of stock.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to ensure a satisfactory resolution to any return.

Please note:

  • All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Custom orders and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
