Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping for orders above ₹2000.
Delivery Time:
- For ready-to-ship garments orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-7 business days and Made-to-order garments will be dispatched within 15-20 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Return & Exchange Policy:
At Dhãran, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a garment, and we're here to assist you in any way we can. Please take a moment to review our return policy.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, store credit valid for 3 months (1 quarter) from the date of receiving the product will be provided.
- No Returns/Exchanges for Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are entertained, but the shipping charges for the return and reshipment must be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for an additional fee of approximately Rs. 350.
Please note:
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
- Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
